It’s the taking part that counts!

GAME Engineering Ltd once again supported the Langley’s 6th Annual Charity Quiz. The event took place on Wednesday 23rd September at Jocasta’s in Lincoln and was attended by the likes of Langley’s, Savills (Lincoln), NatWest Bank, Pygott and Crone, Lincolnshire Tourism and many more.

The evening was more than just a fun way to spend time with colleagues in the business community locally – the serious angle being to raise some money for a very worthy cause.

With over 30 teams, a raffle and entry fee the event was deemed a great success by all with £1000 being raised for the worthwhile cause Climb. Climb assists children living with inherited metabolic diseases, and the charity will be thrilled with this effort which will assist the support of children with these rare and complicated conditions and the support to their families. Climb’s activities also encompass limited research funding and payment for the employment of specialist metabolic nurses in the children’s hospitals in Birmingham and Great Ormond Street.
